An Update on Dali and On the Brink from Marfisi

April 22nd 2008

Just got off the phone with Duane Marfisi, who was willing and able to share with me the progress of two of his finer 3-year-old pacing colts. On the Brink has had a good off-season and figures to qualify next Friday up at Mohawk. Dali, the other standout, aims to qualify in two weeks.

On the Brink figures to start his year at Tioga in the Empire Breeders race while Dali figures to start in the Burlington. "They are both ready to go behind the gate. Both in great form," Marfisi reports.

Dali Levy, Thanks for your support! If all goes well Dali will be competing in The Meadowlands Pace in the middle of July. Hopefully you will be there to help us cheer him on, and I as well hope you have a chance to meet him in the Winner's Circle!!

Hi - My name is Dali too. I was named after the famous artist Salvador Dali, and I am rooting for this Dali to go all the way! Coincidentally, I work at Monticello Raceway and try to keep up to date on Dali's races... as I am hoping to meet Dali soon at a NY race...hopefully in the Winners Circle!
