"What an incredible day and event the Elitlopp is! 30,000 passionate fans, flags flying, people chanting U S A, and a day-long eruption of noise and celebration of harness racing. Unfortunately, I'm so exhausted from everything that I'll have to wait until tomorrow to post a more detailed description of the day, but I will try to bring it to life for everyone when I have the chance.

Great job Peter!
Reading all the Swedish coverage from your visit, it is clear that both yourself and Enough Talk did a great impression on everybody overseas.According to media in Sweden, Enough Talk looked smooth, sound and raced great.People where also very pleased with the way you, yourself, represented the US during the entire stay, in interviews etc.
I am also happy that the Elitlopp gets more attention here in the US, since it is a great event to promote horseracing. The racing in Sweden is held with extremely restricted rules about medication, equipment and whipping. This seem to have a very positive impact on attracting racingfans! In addition, the racetrack is a wonder in itself and something that should be duplicated where possible. Many horses race barefoot and stay sounder, due to the cushion and the surface. We have the best horses in the World here in the US,but there is a lot we can do to present our sport better, to the public.Would have been interesting to have the people running the racetracks here, visit the Elitlopp, maybe to get some ideas.Nothing wrong with some new impressions,I believe.
Luc Oullette drove two perfect races, I only wish that they would have put him up to drive in a few more races.Would have loved to see you win,but the result was awesome!
Congratulations!

nobody realized that Enjoy Lavec's prodigy don't get good until they are 4 and they are prone to have EPM but at 4, watch out!
They are very hard to get gaited good at 2 & 3 but if you toughed that out chanches are you were rewarded with a fine trotter at 4 & 5 & older. I worked with Lavec Dream for 2 years while everybody thought i was crazy wasteing my time but low &behold at 4 & 5 she became a monster.
What i want to know is were are all those Enjoy Lavec throw-a-ways? The ones that were Amished or sold for pleasure horses? I for one would love to have a few of them & would be interested if you know where any are.

Mr Woolsey.
With all due respect, you probably didn't try to market too many yearlings by that "daddy."
After the first crop just getting trainers to look at them became a chore...
I believe we got all of $7,500 as a yearling for Enough Talk though he had a different name when we sold him.

Are you kidding! He didnt disappoint any one. He was right there with the best in the world.Again I realey believe that the USA lost a tremendous sire when we let "Talks" daddy leave this country. Keep us up to date .
