Not surprisingly, the Woodbine Entertainment Group has appealed the order by the Ontario Racing Commission that blocked WEG from banning entries of certain horses by certain owners. Stay tuned. This battle is important. If nothing else, perhaps the courts in Ontario-- the real courts, I mean-- will in turn ban the ORC from issuing its rulings in legal and logical haiku.
