Breeze Hill Will, the oldest horse in a field of eight geldings, scored a 1:56.4 victory to win the $15,000 feature trot on a chilly Thursday night at Dover Downs.

An 11 year old by the ill-fated King Conch from B Cor Willshedo, Breeze Hill Will and Tony Morgan wore down front-trotting Myrhythmofthenight (Vic Kirby) in deep stretch to win the feature trot. While only his second win of the season, Breeze Hill Will has earned $78,027 this year for Ricky Pryor and Wendy Crissman and $607,063 lifetime.

New Zealand import, Myrhythmofthenight, a former third-place finisher in the prestigious Inter Dominion trot, was a 21-1 shot from the outside and finished a close second. Spunky Vic (Tom Jackson) was the show horse. The victory was the first of two for the sport's leading dash win driver in 2008, Morgan.

The top pace of the night was a $20,000 claimer won by Craig Prettyman's Maheer Lord N, driven by Ross Wolfenden, in a cavalry charge finish edging four rivals at the wire in 1:54.4. Pure Class (Morgan) was second, Intimidator Three (Corey Callahan) finished third with Foolish Pleasure (Tim Tetrick) in the photo, fourth.

Eddie Davis Jr. had a driving triple while Kirby piloted two winners. Owners Sam Jacobs and Crissman Inc. and trainer Tim Crissman made the winner's circle on two occasions. (Dover Downs)
