Six horses have so far been invited to the Sweden’s famed Elitlopp, scheduled to be held Sunday, May 30, in Stockholm. The early invitations have gone to Lucky Jim, Enough Talk, Define The World, the Elitlopp defending champion Torvald Palema, Beanie MM, who finished second in the Olympic Trot, and now the latest is Nu Pagadi.
Nu Pagadi is a German-bred but French-sired chestnut crowd pleaser. The 5-year-old son of Love You won Wednesday night at Solvalla in 1:55 for trainer Stig H. Johansson and driver Erik Adielsson.
The next race would could generate Elitlopp invitations is the Lotteria, which will be held Sunday, May 2, in Naples, Italy. There are three elimination heats for the race.
