All Summer Long delivered as the heavy favorite in last night's lone division in the second leg of the Dream Maker Pacing Series at Mohawk Racetrack. Leaving from post six, driver Paul MacDonell sent All Summer Long to the front through the opening quarter of :27.3. Eighteen and driver Luc Ouellette enjoyed a two-hole trip as All Summer Long controlled pace through the half in :57 and three-quarters in 1:25.4. Odysseus Blue Chip and Mario Baillargeon attacked the tempo setter around the final turn but failed to advance. Down the stretch All Summer Long held of a late challenge from pocket sitter Eighteen while Eat Your Art Out finished third. The mile time of 1:53.1 marks the second win for All Summer Long and a new lifetime best. The son of Western Hanover paid $2.70 for the victory and has $23,800 earned in his freshman campaign. After a second place finish in last week's leg, All Summer Long will qualify for the $50,000 next Monday at Mohawk Racetrack.(WEG)
