Three Point Acres' Perdition equaled the 4-year-old gelding track record Monday at Harrington Raceway with a 1:52.2 triumph.

The Chuck Crissman trainee set all the fractions en route to a two-length triumph over Build A Fire and Martimmy. The Richess Hanover offspring equaled the mark set by Ima Prince Too earlier in the meet.

In the featured $18,500 Open, Boy Oh Boy Stable's Dream Rocket (Ron Pierce) won his second straight race in 1:53.2. The 6-year-old Pacific Rocket gelding grinded away first-over at pacesetting ML's Boy (Eddie Dennis) and wore him down in the stretch for a one-length win. Chewy Gross finished second while ML's Boy held third.

Tony Morgan won five races on the card, while Ross Wolfenden and Ron Pierce each won four.
