Apache Dame, last season's 'Horse of the Meet' continued her top form collecting a 1:52.3 victory in the $27,000 Filly and Mare Open Handicap pace on Tuesday, Nov. 24 at Dover Downs.  Ross Wolfenden recorded six winning drives.

With regular driver Ross Wolfenden at the controls for his fourth consecutive win on a six-win night, Apache Dame took command on the backstretch and with a :28.4 final panel picked up her 10th victory of the campaign for owners Paul McDougall and WJ McDougall Racing in 1:52.3.

The 8-year-old daughter of Apaches Fame-Amerissa returned to racing last year after giving birth to a foal and quickly returned to top form for trainer Peter Tritton. Apache Dame has now won $140,907 this year.

Donttellmewhattodo kept her record perfect in four starts at the track taking the $23,000 Mares Jr. Open for Ross Wolfenden's sixth win on the card. The 6-year-old DM Dillinger-Murder Of One mare fought off a backstretch-long challenge from Firiel Hanover and then held off a cavalry charge from behind at the wire in 1:53.3 for her ninth win of the season.

The Charles Cochran-trainee upped her seasonal earning to $127,957 for owners Darryl Gombert, Jeff Rose and Hankook Stable.

Corey Callahan steered Bob Messick's hard-hitting Pacific Philly to victory in 1:53.3 to win a $15,500 Filly and Mare pace. (Dover)
