Fast Ruffles coasted to a Dover Downs track record 1:52.4 victory in the $189,225 Matron final for 2-year-old filly pacers Saturday night. Driven by Ron Pierce, Fast Ruffles drew away from her competition to win by 4 3/4 lengtghs over runner-up Crystal Slipper (Cat Manzi) with Arts Bid (Andy Miller)
