The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette has reported State Harness Racing Commission member Richard J. Bolte Sr. has resigned. Bolte, who lives in New Jersey, has been under fire during his 13-month term on the commission, especially since the application of Centaur Inc. to build a racetrack called Valley View

Windsor cancels Sat.
January 20, 2006
Windsor Raceway has announced it is cancelling its Saturday night racing program due to an insufficient number of entries. The track will combine the entries for Saturday and Sunday for a Sunday night program with a post time of 7 p.m.
