Yonkers fined $9 million

Published reports state Yonkers Raceway has been fined $9 million for illegally dumping vast amounts of sewage into the Bronx River the past six years. Track officials agreed to pay the fine and was then given approval to open its video gaming operation Wednesday by the state's Division of Lottery.
