Revenues to PA Race Horse Fund drop 4.6%

The Pennsylvania Equine Coalition reported on Tuesday (Jan. 10) that funds generated from slot machine gaming to the Race Horse Development Fund (RHDF) decreased by 4.6 percent, or $6.36 million, over the past six months, the most significant decline in the history of the fund.
