Art McIlmurray captured his 3,000th driving win at Northville Downs on Friday night, in a wire-to-wire performance aboard Jinni’s Fantasy N, trained by Rob Harmon and owned by Chuck Campbell. McIlmurray drove the favorite to a 1 ˝-length victory in 1:59; fractional times for the mile were :28.2, :59.1, and 1:29. The win was the 32nd this season for McIlmurray, who claimed three wins on the card, ending the evening with a line of 252-33-35-37 this year and career earnings of $13,611,903. (MHHA)
