Auckland Reactor, sixth in his North American debut last Saturday night at the Meadowlands in the Invitational Pace won by Real Joke in 1:47.3, will make his second start of the year this Saturday in an Open Pace at Harrah's Chester.
Last week driver Brian Sears moved Auckland Reactor up first-over against the leading Real Joke, but the stellar New Zealand-bred pacer tired in his first start of the year and finished sixth, race-timed in 1:49.
Yannick Gingras gets the call to drive Auckland Reactor Sunday at Harrah's Chester from trainer Kelvin Harrison. Auckland Reactor has drawn post six in the $32,000 Open.
Here is the entire field for the Open Pace in post position order, with named driver:
1 Western Shore (Brian Sears/Ron Pierce)
2 Blatantly Good (Richie Silverman)
3 Mystery Chase (George Napolitano Jr.)
4 Atochia (Yannick Gingras)
5 Winbak Speed (Ron Pierce)
6 Auckland Reactor (Yannick Gingras)
7 Corky Baran (David Miller)
8 Chasin Racin (Montrell Teague)
