Massachusetts State Police revealed Wednesday they seized boxes of banned substances, including bottles of Lidocaine and Carbocaine, empty boxes of baking soda, containers of lactated Ringer’s solution and hoses, in a raid earlier this month that resulted in brothers John and Roland Sears being barred from Plainridge Racecourse.
