Jason Bartlett has been announced as the driver who will represent the United States in the World Driving Championship in June 2013 in Paris, France.
Bartlett represented the U.S. in 2009 in Norway, where there were varied distances, and finished sixth. In 2011 he was again chosen to represent the US, when the World Championships were conducted on more familiar turf in the U.S., but an auto accident on the fourth of July sidelined him, and the very capable Corey Callahan jumped in the riggin to manage a second-place finish to Canada's talented Jodi Jameson.
Bartlett, a 3-time Yonkers driving title winner, is a Maine native who now resides in Goshen NY with his wife Kristen and two young sons, Kobe and Karter. (SOA of New York)
