Andrew Cohen has more to say about what he would do as Commissioner of Harness Racing in the latest Wire To Wire. Cohen calls on harness racing to have a “national zero-tolerance policy” when it comes to the use of such drugs, and says “It is a joke, in my view, that the race incident involving Trond Smedshammer at this year's Hambletonian—nearly five months ago—hasn't yet been resolved. Can you imagine something like that occurring in baseball? No way.”
