While the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority (NJSEA), operator of the Meadowlands Racetrack and Sports Complex, tries to deal with huges losses in revenue, a committee is pitching the NJSEA's new football stadium as the site for the 2014 Super Bowl.
The New York Times reported on Wednesday that a serious effort is being made to lure the 2014 Super Bowl to metropolitan New York, with the game to be played in the new Meadowlands Stadium.
