The Meadowlands Pick 4 paid a record $70,446 on Friday, March 26. The winning ticket, which was purchased at New York City OTB, correctly chose was LR Dancing Dream [$16.40], Ms Maggie [$28.40], Captain Primeau [$50] and Gottogetoutmore [$9.60] to take down the entire $83,364 pool.

 

Offered nightly on races six through nine, the Pick Four is a “must bet” at the Meadowlands with its low 15 percent takeout, guaranteed pools [$35,000 Wednesday * Friday and $75,000 Saturday] and high return rate. The average Pick Four pool is $73,799, with an average payoff of $4,285. The wager has paid out more than $1,000 over 50 percent of the time since January 1.
