Senate Bill 110, sponsored by Senate Majority Floor Leader Damon Thayer (R-Georgetown), allows eligibility to the Kentucky Sires Stakes for foals delivered after a mare resides in Kentucky a minimum of six months, regardless of where the sire of the foal stands at stud.
