BJ's Braveheart got back into the winning ledger scoring a convincing 1:53.3 victory in the $19,200 Delaware pace at Dover Downs on Thursday, while Tim Tetrick had a four-bagger. With Brandon Givens in the bike, BJ's Braveheart proved much the best romping in a lifetime-record 1:53.3 performance for owners Robin and Nicole Callahan. Public choice Pilgrims Burner (Tony Morgan) had to settle for second. Stacy's Character (Bryan Truitt) was the third place finisher. Veteran Game Speed, a 9-year-old daughter of the late Program Speed, was in winning form for Corey Callahan scoring a 1:58 triumph in the first $14,000 co-feature trot. Corey Callahan drove the winner to her second success this year. Fivedollarsforsox (George Dennis) was runner-up. Bullville sue (Tim Curtin) finished third. In the second $14,000 trot, At Brewer's Renegade Dream sat alongside race favorite Passito (Tetrick) from mid backstretch until deep in the stretch before getting up for a 1:57.2 victory. Rattlesnake Jake (George Dennis) had a perfect trip behind the battling leaders and finished a close-up third. Trevor Stafford's Blissfull Silence won an $11,500 Male pace with Tony Morgan at the controls in 1:54. Macbeth Blue Chip (Givens) and Lekrem Bluegrass (Mike Cole) were second and third respectively. Gary and Barbara Iles' homebred Frog Juice with Tetrick driving prepped for next week's star of the DSBF sophomore stakes by overpowering seven rivals in 1:54.1 to win a $10,200 Delaware pace. Fleetmaster (Morgan), another son of Badlands Hanover finished second. Capture The Dream (Jonathan Roberts) was third. Elmer Fannin's Three Olives-sired Night Trouble teamed with Jim Morand to hold off Badlands Jaden (Tetrick) for a 1:55.1 success in a $10,00 DSBF Three-Year-Old Colt pace tune-up. Monahans Magix (Callahan) was a game third. In addition to Tetrick's four wins, Morgan and Callahan had driving doubles. (Dover Downs)
