Alan J. Leavitt, president and general manager of Walnut Hall Limited and member of the Harness Racing Hall of Fame class of 2008, has donated breedings to the first season stallion Groton Hall. They are available, for a limited time, for a non-refundable $250 donation to The Harness Racing Museum.
Could Groton Hall http://www.harnessracing.com/ads/10-mar24-whallltd.pdf (a Conway Hall-Garbo Hall-Lindy Lane foal of 2006) be a new phenom? Leavitt, whose prowess in judging just the right pinch of this, that and the other has produced great racehorses and even greater stallions that include Jate Lobell sire of winners of over $100 million, Garland Lobell sire of winners of over $50 million, Angus Hall ($46 million), Andover Hall ($23 million), Cantab Hall ($8 million), Broadway Hall ($9 million), and let’s not forget Groton Hall’s sire Conway Hall, who, to date has sired the winners of $37 million.
The Harness Racing Museum's breedings to Groton Hall can be arranged by contacting Joanne Young, the Museum’s director of development, at 845.294.6330 or email development@harnessmuseum.com. (Hall of Fame)
