Ohio-based driver Brett Miller has reached a settlement agreement with the Ohio State Racing Commission (OSRC) that will have him sitting out a suspension through next August. Miller agreed on the one-year suspension that began Aug. 8, 2007, as settlement for what the OSRC termed "a result of three separate occasions wherein Mr. Miller tested positive for drugs of abuse."
The settlement also calls for Miller to pay a $1,000 fine; pay any hearing costs associated with his case; attend and complete a rehabilitation program; and pay for any costs associated with his human testing.
