Brett Miller showed that a year’s layoff didn’t hurt his driving skills as he won four races at Scioto Downs and finished second in three others on Friday. Miller returned to racing action after serving a one-year suspension for personal drug use.
He served notice of his return on the driving colony at Scioto by winning the first three races he drove in. He won the evening’s opener by 7 3/4 lengths with Keystone Sable, then won the next race with Cobrador Kosmos. He sat out the third and won the fourth with Lookin Ata Sadie. He later won the sixth race with Evening Snow. (Scioto Downs)
