With another $783,800 in purse money earned in Breeders Crown championships last Saturday night at Woodbine, the total money winnings for horses owned by Bulletproof Enterprises soared to $10,441,334 this year.
Bulletproof has already set a record for money winnings for an owner of Standardbreds in a single season, and is also presently well ahead of the leading owner in Thoroughbred racing, Michael Gill, whose horses have earned $5.8 million.
Bulletproof won Breeders Crowns last Saturday night with Yellow Diamond and If I Can Dream. The stable has started 167 horses this year, with $62,522 in average earnings per starter.
If I Can Dream leads the Bulletproof horses in earnings with $1,360,099. He's followed by the 3-year-old filly pacers Yellow Diamond ($1,070,064), Not Enough ($982,949), Shacked Up ($641,680) and Showherthemoney ($623,660).
