Trainer Mickey Burke will reportedly have a hearing before the Meadowlands' stewards Friday regarding his positive test for the Class 2 drug Lidocaine on his horse Doggone Incredible (a second-place finish) at that New Jersey track last December. Burke was the continent's leading dash-winning trainer in 2006 with 450 victories and was voted the Glen Garnsey Memorial Trainer of the Year award by the U.S. Harness Writers Association.
