Camatross, the dam of world champion Gallo Blue Chip, died Tuesday at Blue Chip Farms at the age of 27. She was a world class broodmare in many ways. Sixteen out of her 17 foals made it to the races with five winning over $100,000 including the richest pacer of all time, Gallo Blue Chip p,2,1:54.4; 3,1:50f; 4,1:48.4 ($4,260,959).
