November 03, 2004 Send To A Friend  | Print View

One dozen 3-year-old pacing fillies, including two supplemental entrants, dropped into the box for Saturday's Courageous Lady at Northfield Park, which forced the race to split into a pair of $68,600 divisions--each with six starters.

The first division features the Peter Pan Stable-owned entry of Pan And Teller and Disneypan, which was made the 5-2 morning line favorite.

Pan And Teller is trained and driven by John "Duke" Sugg, while the Virgil Morgan, Jr.-trained Disneypan has Brett Miller scheduled to drive.

he second Courageous Lady division offers a 2-1 morning line choice in Pantidepressant. The winner of a Jugette elimination this past September, Pantidepressant has faced the best in the sport all year. Trainer Morgan has enlisted Dave Palone, who trails only Brett Miller in terms of raced won in North America this year, to drive the filly.
