Charles Leerhsen, executive editor at Sports Illustrated and winner of Harness Tracks of America's Dan Patch award for exceptional media contributions to harness racing last year with his book on Dan Patch, is leaving the magazine to pursue other writing opportunities. The paperback version of Crazy Good: The True Story of Dan Patch, the Most Famous Horse in America, will be released in May. The hardcover version is still available. Leerhsen, formerly with Newsweek, People, and US magazines, is the author of three other books. (HTA)
