The New Jersey Racing Commission has issued a ruling that grants a request by trainer Noel Daley to have his 180-day suspension delayed by six days. The suspension for an elevated TCO2 test on one of Daley's horses was supposed to begin April 21, but he was granted an extension of time concerning the start date of his license suspension.
