Driver Jeff Nisonger, 26, became a father Tuesday afternoon when his wife, Stacey, gave birth to their daughter, who was named Alexa Nicole. Jeff, who plans to drive regularly at Hoosier Park this season, was at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton for the delivery.
