David Miller scored his 8,000th career victory Friday night at The Mile, an evening capped off with his win aboard Capetown Hall in the Kentucky Sire Stakes final. The Buckeye native came into the card with 7,998 career victories and he won the opener on the program with Anbilanunoit to reach 7,999. His milestone win came in the very next race as he scored with trainer Gary Neafus's Lady Ann Spur. Miller has career earnings of more than $92 million.
