The $666,050 Valley Victory Trot was a walk in the park for Deweycheatumnhowe, who stayed undefeated with a 1:58 victory over his stablemate Make It Happen.
Trainer-driver Ray Schnittker took control of the race with "Dewey" just past the first quarter and no one got close to the son of Muscles Yankee. John Campbell moved Mke It Happen first-over going into the last turn to mount a bid, but by the time "Dewey" reached the homestretch, it was obvious he wouldn't be caught.
Deweycheatumnhowe is now eight for eight.
