DSBF finals held

Med Vac broke his own track record for 2-year-old gelding trotters with a wire-to-wire 2:00.4 victory in the $100,000 Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund final Wednesday night at Harrington Raceway.



Driven by John Wagner, Med Vac was a two-length winner over Maid To Command and Command Of Heart.



Also setting a Harrington track mark was Valerin K, who crushed his competition by seven lengths in 1:55.4 in the $100,000 DSBF final for 2-year-old colt and gelding pacers.



Kevin Switzer was in the bike behind Valerin K, who rushed to the lead down the backstretch before going on to the open-lengths victory.



Bayland Lady and driver Cat Manzi) scored a 1:58.1 win in the $100,000 DSBG final for 2-year-old pacing fillies. The $100,000 final for freshman trotting fillies went to J Bo and driver Greg Grismore in 2:04.
