Easy win for 3YO filly

Johnny Made Her delivered a late Christmas present to her owner, Gerald Mijal, as the filly paced wire-to-wire in 1:55.1 Monday afternoon at Woodbine in the $43,000 final of the Niagara Series for 3 year olds.



The mile completed a sweep of the series for Johnny Made Her, as she had gone gate-to-wire in her opening leg division and came from off-the-pace in last week's second round.



Piloted by Paul MacDonell for trainer Louie Eftimiadis, Johnny Made Her started from post six and recorded the early fractions in :28, :57.1 and 1:25.3 before stopping the clock in 1:55.1 over a track rated two seconds slow.



Galley Girl, who had Rick Zeron in the bike for trainer Tony Montini, took a pocket trip after leaving from post two and finished 2 1/4 lengths back in second, rounding out the $192.10 exactor.



Post time favorite Yancee made a pair of breaks in the race and finished well back in eighth.
