The Egyptian Colt Stakes in Southern Illinois will honor the top horsemen and horses during the annual banquet at the Village Garden restaurant in Anna, Ill. A total of 30 owners, trainers, and drivers will be recognized with year end honors.

Heading the list of recipients is 91-year-old Leo Burns of Albion, Ill. Burns guided his 2-year-old filly, Winsome Wyoming, to seven wins in nine outings.
