Elimination fields set for Confederation Cup

The draw for Sunday's Confederation Cup, which features eliminations and a final on the same day, was conducted Thursday morning on a live local television morning show, and the fields for the two $50,000 eliminations follow. The George Berkner-trained BG's Folly was a $25,000 supplemental entry to the Confederation Cup, which will carry a purse of $547,000 (Canadian) for final. The top four finishers from each elimination, plus one fifth-place finisher drawn by lot, will return for the final.

 

From the rail out, the first elimination will feature 1--Four Starz Trace, 2--Stonebridge Tonic, 3--BG's Folly, 4--Foreign Officer, 5-- Malicious, 6--Classic Rock N Roll, 7--Dreamlands Art, 8—I’m Gorgeous, 9--Outrageous Art. The second elimination, from the rail out, 1--Wellthereyougo, 2--Adrenaline, 3--SNP Bluechip, 4--BP Chimo, 5--Think Back, 6--Keystone Raptor, 7--Tobago Cays, 8--Stompin Tom Creek and 9--Aracache Hanover.
