Tuesday morning's draw for both the Canadian Trotting Classic (CTC) eliminations and divisions of the Nassagaweya stakes, scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 16 at Mohawk, have been delayed. Prior to Tuesday's draw, the Ontario Racing Commission (ORC) had informed both the Woodbine Entertainment Group (WEG) and Bill Elliott, trainer of CTC-eligible Here Comes Herbie and Nassagaweya-eligibles Laughing Art, Running Book and Mr. Market, that an Elliott-trained horse had produced a TCO2 violation while racing at Mohawk.
