The 2-year-old trotting filly Motivational and the 2-year-old trotting colt Diesel Don won preps for the Goldsmith Maid and Valley Victory, respectively, at the Meadowlands Friday night. Motivational trotted to her victory in 1:582. while Diesel Don scored by 2 1/4 lengths in 1:56.4.
