Feelin Friskie, the runner-up in the North America Cup and an early favorite for the Cane Pace final, will not be competing in the Cane after all. Trainer Scott Bell says the Artiscape colt is “not 100 percent right now, and there’s no sense racing against the best when you’re not at your best.”
