It was a big night for streaking female pacers with two lengthening win streaks and another back on track. After a second last week, Perfect M Forever retuned to the winner's circle winning the $26,000 Mares Open pace on Tuesday at Dover Downs. All Or None made it four wins in a row taking the $23,000 winners-over pace while Donttellmewhattodo wins number three in a row. Driver Jim Morand and trainer Les Givens combined for four winners.
In the feature race, after taking the lead, it was all Eric Goodell and Perfect M Forever in a 1:53 victory. It was the fifth time in her last six outings the 4-year-old Stand Forever-Perfect Model mare trained by Josh Green has won in the past two months. The win brings her seasonal earnings for KSJ Stables to $128,067. Apache Dame continues her return to top form as Ross Wolfenden drove her to a second-place finish. Chloes Silver Star, last week's feature race winner, had to settle for third.
North State Street Stable's All Or None made her local debut a winning one as Corey Callahan piloted the Lorie Hamilton-conditioned Cam's Card Shark-Heather's Western 3 year old to her fourth consecutive win and seventh of the season. Jonathan Roberts rushed past early leader VC Atom N (Vince Copeland) at the half but could not hold off the challenge from All Or None in the stretch. Alice's Restaurant was third with Ron Pierce at the controls.
Another streaking distaff, Donttellmewhattodo with Wolfenden, racked up her third straight score in an $18,500 filly and mare pace. Darryl Gombert, Jeff Rose and Hankook Stable own the DM Dillinger-Murder Of One 6 year old trained by Charles Cochran. Shady Sabrina (Goodell) was next with Lofty Widget (Pierce) third. (Dover Downs)
