The great international trotter Moni Maker 1:52.1 ($5.5 million) has given birth to another filly, delivering a bay daughter by Chocolatier on Monday night at Lindy Farms in Connecticut, and will next be bred to 2007 Horse of the Year Donato Hanover.
The filly is Moni Maker's fifth in a row. The Speedy Crown mare's first foal, Touch Of Moni 2, 1:57.1, is by Valley Victory. Her second foal, Live Moni, is by Conway Hall. Her third foal is her now 3-year-old daughter All Our Moni, a daughter of Self Possessed, who is scheduled to qualify in May. Moni Maker's 2007 foal, by Credit Winner, has been named Nothing But Moni.
Moni Maker, now 15 years old, is owned by the Moni Maker Stable. She is by Speedy Crown and out of the Bonefish mare Nan's Catch, who won the Hambletonian Oaks and Breeders Crown before producing Moni Maker.
