December 06, 2007 Send To A Friend  | Print View

According to reports from Sweden, the 3-year-old trotter Flirtin Man is being purchased by Bengt-Åke Nyberg of Brettefors Stud, home of Spotlite Lobell and Rotation. Mats "Borga" Andersson, who has horses in both the US (with Jonas Czernyson) and Sweden, is also among the buyers.

Flirtin Man took a mark of 1:52.2 and has earnings of $592,748 dollar. He's a son of Angus Hall and Flirtin Victory, the dam of Breeders Crown winners Flirtin Miss and Pick Me Up.

Flirtin Man was trained by Gary Napierala and driven by John Campbell, who also shared ownership of the horse. He won an elim for Kentucky Futurity, a Simcoe division, the Zweig Memorial, the Canadian Trotting Classic consolation, and an elim for this year's Breeders Crown.
