Two days after the election, it appears now that voters in Florida have approved a constitutional amendment that would allow voters in Broward and Miami-Dade counties to vote on racetrack slot machines. Although it appeared Amendment 4 was going to be defeated, absentee ballots in well-populated counties, including Broward and Miami-Date weren't counted until Wednesday morning, which pushed the totals to 3,617,613 in favor and 3,490,442 against.
