Yonkers Raceway's state-bred action resumed Tuesday night with the $195,009 New York Sire Stakes Clyde Hirt Pace for 2-year-old filly pacers, and the star of the show was B Intensified, who held off all challengers in the second $48,527 event, winning a by a hard-fought nose in 1:56.4.

B Intensified, a daughter of Art Major, is trained by Carmine Fusco for Carmen Iannacone, D'Elegance Stable IX and LP Stable. Driven by Jim Morrill Jr., she returned $3.60 for her fourth (consecutive NYSS win) in five '08 tries. Perfect Launch (Yannick Gingras) just missed in the passing lane.

Eagle Way (Stephane Bouchard) had minimal trouble in the opening ($48,537) division, controlling the race from the outset en route to a four-length, 1:57 victory. The daughtrer of Dream Away, owned by Frank Dettore and trained by Mark Ford, paid $3.40 as the people's preference. She has won three of her five summer tries.

Witch Is Bettor (Kyle DiBenedetto) strolled around the oval in the third ($48,427) event, her job made much easier when 3-10 favorite fave On the Glass (Gingras) jumped it off in the first turn. Witch is Bettor ($9.40), a Bettor's Delight miss co-owned by (trainer) Robert Horowitz and Jerrold Spitzberg, easily defeated JK Sapphire (Bouchard) by 3 3/4 lengths is a maiden-breaking 1:58.4.

The final split saw JK Cameo (Bouchard) prevail from the pocket for her first life win in 1:59.3. The Art Major miss, trained by Linda Toscano for Steve Jones and 3 Brothers Stable, returned $7.10. (Yonkers Raceway)
