Two-year-old pacing fillies were in the spotlight on Monday evening at Harrah's Chester Casino and Racetrack, which hosted seven $20,000 divisions of the Pennsylvania Stallion Series as a lead-in to Sire Stakes action this upcoming Wednesday. Caviart Kiss ($10, The Panderosa-Before Sunrise) led a stakes double for driver Tim Tetrick, brushing to the front and scoring a two length victory in 1:56.3, equaling the fastest division of the night. Tetrick was also victorious aboard McUltra ($15.40, McArdle-Tatras), winning in 1:58.2 off a measured mid-stretch move. The 1:56.3 mile of Caviart Kiss matched that of Shesa Bragn Dragon ($6.60, Dragon Again-West Coast Yankee), who tipped three wide off the far turn before rallying to win by three parts of a length, giving Brandon Simpson a win in his local driving debut. Long Island Icetea ($23, Four Starzzz Shark-Test Run, Ron Pierce, 1:57.3), Four Starz Skate ($8.60, Four Starzzz Shark-Four Starzzz Best, Andrew McCarthy, 1:58), and A and Gs Princess ($17.20, Allamerican Native-Amorosa Hanover, Andy Miller, 1:57) won their respective divisions. Blue Moon Artist ($3.80, Real Artist-Abreachoftrust, David Miller) was the lone betting favorite to win her division, taking her split in 1:58. (Harrah's Chester)
