In the first division for 3-year- old filly pacers, Galimony (Jim Morrill Jr.) continued her dominance in the Empire State by cutting fractions of :27.3, :56.4 and 1:25 before easing away from the field to stop the timer in 1:53.4.
It was the fifth win in nine seasonal starts for the 3-year old daughter of Artiscape-Ideal Gal, trained by Linda Toscano for the Stake Your Claim Stable of New Jersey. With the lions share of the $54,710 purse, Galimony increased her seasonal bankroll to more than $273,000.
