J & E Stable Inc.'s Go Nano Go (Eddie Davis Jr.) ended his string of second-place finishes with a 1:56.3 triumph Wednesday in the $18,700 Junior Open Trot at Harrington Raceway. The Janet Davis trainee was sent for the lead early from post three where he would set all the fractions, holding off a charge from favorite Fivedollarsforsox, to prevail by two lengths. The 8-year-old Balanced Image gelding earned his second win of the year as his seasonal earnings increased to more than $40,000. Driver Tony Morgan won six races on the program. On Thursday's program, Harrington will host a race in honour of Army SCP Ryan Long, a local soldier from Seaford, Del., who was killed in Iraq in 2003. The race will be featured seventh on the 15-race program. (Harrington)
