Sharky Osborne is now two wins and a second in three 2009 starts good for seasonal earnings of $44,000. The same combo of Goodell and Green followed up in the $37,500 Delaware Special as Green Racing Inc.'s Steeler posted a 1:52.3 victory. Art Director and Tetrick raced first-over on the backstretch and missed by a head at the wire. Caerleon Hanover, with Pierce, finished third. Steeler, a Dragon Again-Betty Lobell gelding has been racing sharp all meet long. The win was his second with a second and two thirds in five starts. He has banked $49,675 already this year. Tetrick had a hot hand during the program winning in clusters. Tetrick's first win came steering Mount Olympus to a 1:53.2 decision in a $25,000 winners-over pace. Robbins Nest Farm and Wendy Crissman owned the Astreos- Raelee gelding, one of two winners haltered by Chuck Crissman. Thin Blue Line finished second with Pierce driving. Art's Son and Ross Wolfenden finished third. One race later Tetrick returned with Tom Ceraso's Allbecauseofthis to win a $25,000 claiming pace in 1:53.1. Tetrick also drove Three Point Acres' U Lucky Guy to victory in 1:52.2 to win a $40,000 claiming pace. Tetrick's fourth win came steering Joel and Dianne Halpern's Bush Delight home in 1:55.1 in a $19,5000 pace. Tetrick closed out the card driving Ron Lloyd's Nighthawk Hall in a $17,500 male pace to a 1:53.2 score, his fifth of the night. Roger Plante drove Don Davis' 8-1 shot Days Desire in 1:53.1 to win a $21,000 male pace. Prince Of Luck was second with Tetrick. Dark Sign and Jim Morand took show honors. (Dover Downs)
