The Hambletonian Society will accept payments for the Swedish Breeders' Crown, which must be postmarked by Feb. 17, 2010. Owners of 2-year-old trotters that may be exported to Europe within the next two years, may want to consider nominating to the Swedish Breeders' Crown.
The Hambletonian Society will be accepting the nomination payment for the Swedish Breeders' Crown as agent on behalf of the Swedish Trotting Association (STC). A single payment of $500(U.S.) is due Feb. 15, 2010 and makes a foal, by an approved stallion including the following North American stallions, eligible to race as a 3 year old and again as a 4 year old.

There are separate races for both colts (including geldings) and fillies.
All the races are conducted over the distance of 2,140 meters with auto start.
Four semi-final heats (48 horses) for each group will be held at Solvalla 10 days before the finals.
Four finals (one for each group) at the race track Sundbyholm outside Eskilstuna, approximately 120 kilometers west of Stockholm.
